రాజనీతి శాస్త్రం [[Methodology|పద్ధతులలో]] వైవిధ్యంగా ఉంటుంది; మనస్తత్వశాస్త్రం, [[Social research|సామాజిక పరిశోధన]], రాజకీయ తత్వశాస్త్రం నుండి అనేక పద్ధతులను అరువు తీసుకుంటుంది.
